The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. There is no breakfast but they do have great coffee and with the money you save from the very reasonable low room rate you can go to a number of very nice breakfast restaurants nearby. We had a very nice experience at the Econo lodge Whitehall Michigan and highly recommend it.
Booked a suite for our church speaker along with a conference room. Room was wonderful and accommodating, was extremely clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Conference room was completely wonderful and recently completely renovated, hotel staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming and very accommodating to our needs. I had a very nice front desk lady. Her name was Tina. She was kind and caring and considerate and showed me where my room was when I was confused. Have lots of health issues and she made sure that it was easy and convenient for me to get to an easy access room. Way to go econo Lodge on hiring one of the greatest employees I've ever had experienced meeting
Loved my stay here! Clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and loved the huge shower/bath tub. Made it easy to relax while traveling for work and could not have asked for friendlier staff and hospitality. Lots of food options nearby and was able to get great recommendations from the front desk staff. Can’t wait to visit again next year!
I was staying in Econo Lodge at Whitehall for my vacation around the area, the ladies at front desk are really nice and helpful, they helped to find out a best fit room for us. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I am not a person who can easily going to sleep, especially in hotel as some hotel is really noisy, but this place is very quiet, I couldn't heard any noise from road and around the building. I had a great night at the hotel. After few days, I realize that I left my facial brush in the room, and it was fell into the gap between the tables, It is not easy to find out actually. Brandy helped me to find where is it!! And she texted me and provide shipment to my place. So kind! This place is nearby Sliver Lake State Park (Only need to take half an hour for driving and the hotel price is reasonable), we have so much fun to drive around the sliver lake sand dunes. Defiantly I will visit you guys again!
Everything was great. Customer service, extended stay & nightly stay; we needed extended so I got that room. It's very very spacious but is definitely not an extended stay room. There's a mini fridge & microwave in this very large room... so no cooking . The price is decent and doable. Overall it's been updated over the past few years and they have done a great job with it all. Also to note they do have breakfast but its simple no waffles, but it is there so that's cool too. Other hotels with extended stay don't offer that so it's definitely helpful.
I have been working out of town every week far 3 years, and I have stayed at about 15 different hotels, and the front desk lady working 7-15-25 and 7-17-25 is the worse one I've seen yet. I don't leave reviews but I have talked/seen her, 4 times and all four times have been terrible, first time I walked down to ask her a question and she didn't even talk to answer me just shook her head and I responded with okay thank you, have a good rest of your day and she obviously never responded again, one other time I'm walking up the stairs right behind her, she obviously knows I'm right behind her carrying my belongings and she pretty much slams the door in my face, she is not friendly whatsoever, and as a hotel front desk employee, that is not at all what I would want, she would never work a day for me, not only do I notice but the other 8 guys I stay with do and we are supposed to stay here another 5 months ha not if it's gunna be like that
Excellent location near Michigan adventure and great customer service.The rooms are very spacious and the air conditioner works extremely well.I love to wake up hold and then pull on more blankets.A high direct members place. They have a nice workout room. I don't know if I have a full button and we should definitely stay here.
